I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Joby for the past 5 years. Her commitment and dedication to the world of Salsa is inspiring. We have worked and performed for many congresses around the world and to see her perform on stage is captivating, she really stands out. Her body movement and dance technique when teaching dance workshops is fantastic. I think this is why she is knowing as one of the best female salsa dancers around the world. Joby will always be a friend and a Salsa colleague which I admire as a dancer, performer and truly an incredible women. The Salsa world would not be complete without her.

 Joby was my very first female instructor/coach. She has always been an inspiration to me, not only in the way she danced and taught, but as a person as well. Her work ethic has always been solid gold. Her integrity and commitment to excellence was, and forever will be, the driving force behind her phenomenal success. Her patient instruction, and words of encouragement have helped countless dancers from all walks of life achieve dreams they could have never imagined on their own. I am living proof of that.
